The agreement
Sun & Moon Planner is distributed through the App Store and is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add product-specific information.
Purchase and licence
A one-time App Store purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sun & Moon Planner on devices allowed by your Apple Account. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. Apple processes payment and eligible refunds under its own terms.
Planning information and accuracy
The app computes where the Sun and Moon are expected to be. It does not predict visibility. Cloud, haze, terrain, buildings, the local horizon, weather, device sensors, and map data can affect your result.
Compass direction depends on the device magnetometer and can be disturbed by metal, vehicles, magnets, or calibration. Do not rely on the app for navigation, emergency, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
Your content
The places and plans you create remain yours and stay on your device. SynoriTech cannot recover them if you delete them or lose the device.
Availability
Maps, place search, location, compass accuracy, and notification delivery depend on Apple services, connectivity, permissions, compatible hardware, and iOS behavior. Features may change as the app is maintained.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, SynoriTech is not liable for a missed photograph, wasted trip, or indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
