DoseChime Support

DoseChime is an offline medication reminder for iPhone. It rings a real 18-second chime at dose time, and rings again every five minutes until you respond. No account, no subscription, no internet connection required.

Contact us

Email support@synoritech.com. We read every message and normally reply within two business days.

If a reminder did not fire, please include: your iPhone model, your iOS version, the medication's schedule type (fixed times, every few hours, cycle, or as-needed), and the time the dose was due. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

A reminder did not go off

Almost always one of these:

Reminders keep working whether or not you have purchased anything. If the trial ends and you do not buy the unlock, existing medications keep reminding you forever — that never changes.

Purchases and restoring

DoseChime is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it never renews. Every install starts with a 7-day trial in which everything is unlocked. After the trial you need the lifetime unlock to add a medication, edit an existing medication or schedule, view history older than 7 days, or export CSV/PDF.

If you already bought DoseChime and it is asking you to pay again — for example on a new iPhone — open Settings › Purchase inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There is no cloud, no analytics, and no tracking, and your medication list is never uploaded anywhere. To move your data to a new phone, use Backup & Restore in Settings and save the backup file wherever you like.

Deleting the app deletes its data. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had a copy.

Accessibility and languages

Senior mode enlarges text and buttons throughout the app. DoseChime works with VoiceOver, with Dynamic Type up to the largest sizes, and with right-to-left layouts. It is available in 31 languages and follows your iPhone's language setting.

Important

DoseChime tracks the medication schedule you enter. It does not give medical advice, does not contain a drug database, and does not check for interactions between medications. Always follow the directions from your doctor or pharmacist.
