The agreement
Sight Reading Practice is distributed through the App Store and is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add product-specific information.
Purchase and licence
A one-time App Store purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for private educational practice on devices allowed by your Apple Account. All included practice content is available after installation. There is no trial, subscription or in-app purchase. Apple processes payment, eligible re-downloads and refunds under its own terms; prices and taxes are those shown in the App Store.
Except where applicable law permits, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, rent or reverse engineer the app or attempt to extract its source code.
Educational purpose
The app is a practice tool. It does not guarantee examination results, performance outcomes or a particular rate of learning, and it is not a substitute for a teacher. You are responsible for how you use the material.
Your content
Practice records, homework and exported backups you create remain yours and stay on your device or wherever you choose to share them. SynoriTech cannot recover them if you reset progress, delete the app or lose the device.
Availability
Practice works offline. Purchasing and downloading require App Store access. Microphone input depends on the device hardware, the permission you grant and the room you practise in. Features may change as the app is maintained; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, SynoriTech is not liable for lost practice data or for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
