Getting started
Open Home and choose a note, chord or scale track. Read the staff and answer on the on-screen keyboard; the app shows whether you were right, then moves on. Stars unlock the next level. Stats shows accuracy and response times over time.
No sound
Check the device volume and the speaker toggle in the practice header. The app plays through the ring/silent switch because it is an instrument; if a headset or Bluetooth speaker is connected, sound goes there.
Answering on a real piano
Turn on microphone input in the practice screen. iOS asks for microphone permission the first time; audio is analysed on the device and never recorded. Play one note at a time in a quiet room near the phone. If detection is unreliable, switch back to the on-screen keyboard; every drill can be completed by touch.
Note names
Settings → Practice lets you choose letter names, fixed-do solfège or German names (with H and B). The default follows the app language.
Homework codes
A teacher can build an assignment in the app and share its code. Paste the code on Home → Import assignment. Codes contain only the exercise definition, never personal data.
Backup, restore and reset
Settings → Your data → Export practice data creates a JSON backup you can share to Files or another app. Import practice data merges a backup into the current records. Reset progress erases every practice attempt and all your stars after a double confirmation; preferences, quiz high scores and homework assignments are kept, and each assignment can be deleted from its own screen. There is no account or SynoriTech server copy.
Purchases and refunds
The app is a one-time paid download handled by Apple. Re-download it from your App Store purchase history on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Include the app version (Settings → Open-source licences shows it), iOS version, device model, steps, expected result and actual result. Do not send passwords or payment details. We aim to reply within three business days.
