Why does setup ask when I was last paid?
The last payday already happened, while the next one is a forecast. Each period runs from one payday up to, but not including, the next, so anchoring the schedule on a known date keeps later periods consistent.
Why is a listed bill not reserved from this paycheck?
If it is due on or after your next payday, it belongs to the next pay period. The home screen’s next-period preview shows bills reserved there.
The figure does not match my account
Open the current-period breakdown and choose Reconcile. Enter what you can actually use. The app records the difference as a visible adjustment rather than replacing your earlier entries.
Changing currency does not convert amounts
That is intentional. The app has no exchange-rate feed, so changing currency changes the label without changing the number.
Move to a new iPhone
Restore the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup. There is no separate account, sign-in, or export service.
Delete local data
Settings → Delete all data erases pay, bills, spending, and adjustments. Deleting the app also removes appearance and language preferences. SynoriTech has no server copy.
Purchases and refunds
Paycheck Budget is a paid download with no subscription or in-app purchase. Re-download it with the same Apple Account. Apple handles eligible refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
