The service
SynoriTech provides LandMeasure as a utility for estimating the area and perimeter of boundaries you draw or record. You are responsible for the points you select, how you interpret the result, and any file you export.
Not a legal survey
Results depend on map data, imagery, GPS reception, device conditions, and manual point placement. They are estimates, not cadastral, engineering, navigation, safety, or legal-survey records. Use a qualified professional when authoritative boundaries or safety-critical accuracy are required.
Buying the app
LandMeasure is a one-time paid App Store download. Every feature is available after installation; there is no free quota, trial, subscription, paywall, or in-app purchase. Apple displays the price, processes the download, and handles eligible refunds under App Store terms.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the app, interfere with Apple Maps, attempt unauthorized access, or use exported information to violate another person’s rights. Map loading, location, and sharing may depend on Apple services, connectivity, permissions, and compatible software. Features may change as the app is maintained.
Ownership and third parties
LandMeasure and its original design are owned by SynoriTech. Apple Maps, the App Store, iOS, and destinations you share to are third-party services governed by their own terms. Your measurement information remains yours.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, SynoriTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an estimate. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
